T. Baker Smith is seeking an Environmental Project Manager or Environmental Professional with the desire to learn, grow, and develop their professional skill sets, be invested as part of this growing team, and contribute to their community.

Your Opportunity:

• Collaborate, learn, and grow yourself with other motivated, professional associates as part of a team supporting communities and clients on challenging and fulfilling projects.
• Gain professional development and training beyond your current certification.
• Assist in the development, coordination, and management of environmental projects.
• Review technical reports and provide technical recommendations.
• Coordinate the technical aspects of a variety of environmental and regulatory services.
• Contact government agencies or private consultants to obtain information for studies.
• As necessary, conduct fieldwork for wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species surveys, due diligence, site studies, and other environmental field activities.
• Participate in proposal development as part of the business development process.
• Achieve the scope, budget, and schedule of the project under the direction of the project manager as part of a team.
• Maintain knowledge of current equipment, techniques, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist TBS’ Environmental Discipline in continuing to improve and utilize innovative technology.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor of Science Degree or M.S. in environmental science, biology, forestry, or similar field with 5 years of experience.
• Ability to relate to clients and people at all levels of the organization and must possess excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
